When you want to play cricket or video game don’t we do it repeatedly so what’s stopping you from doing thing repeatedly when you want to grow? It’s your mind.
Mind is a tricky thing. It can play both angel and devil at the same time.
To control the devil you need to do the angel things all the time and vice versa.
So, Only by taking repetitive actions, any skill can be adopted by your subconscious mind.
